The event which took place on a beautiful sunny day in September 2023 at our Walsall HQ, was an opportunity for us to develop relationships and learn in detail what the delivery industry needs so we can improve our service.

In response to customer demands, this aspect of the industry is largely centered around customer service as opposed to manual assistance. This delivery service is most suited to items that are larger or more delicate and would not be best suited for transport by a mainstream courier.

Here at Furdeco we do a lot of essential deliveries of white goods nationwide, washing machines, fridges etc including deliveries to the elderly and vulnerable who need these items. Especially as many will be self isolating over the coming months. For the moment, we are continuing business while ensuring our staff and customers are kept as safe as possible.
