COVID-19 Update: Assembly Services

We would like to thank everyone for your support and patience through these difficult times.

We have been outlining plans to try to return to our full service as of the 15th of June however unfortunately this has not been possible. Our top priority is keeping our staff and customers safe and as such are following government guidelines very closely. 

Unfortunately guidelines have not yet relaxed to the point where we can safely offer our unpack and assembly services. We understand this is disappointing news as many of you are keen for this service to return, as are we, but we must continue to adhere to the health and safety measures for the wellbeing of everyone. We will be monitoring this closely to review again in two weeks, if not sooner.  Rest assured we will be in touch with any announcements as soon as we can.

During the COVID-19 outbreak we have been storing customers' products for those who are unable to take delivery due to being at risk, in isolation or cannot accept their item(s) without the assembly service.  Unfortunately we cannot continue to do this and so, as of next week we will begin contacting these customers again to see if delivery can be accepted. To help our customers out at this time, any that require assembly we will offer the option to deliver the items initially and we can return at a later date to complete the assembly portion of their service once it is safe to do so.  Any customers that are unable to accept either option we will need to return the product to the supplier. We know that this is not ideal however, we ask for your understanding in these circumstances and will share any updates as we have any.
