Our 2-person delivery crews are out nationally and daily so planning out their routes is very important. I start my day off by analysing the vehicle flees and staffing to enable our drivers and assemblers have a clear route and enable them to keep to their estimated timeslots.
We are recruiting for drivers and drivers mates all the time. I conduct any interviews lined up for the day and get involved in the recruitment and drivers academy process.

This delivery service is most suited to items that are larger or more delicate and would not be best suited for transport by a mainstream courier.
