“The item delivered was a heavy American fridge freezer. The team was professional, knew exactly how to lift the freezer and how to unpack it. Very impressed. We had this same item delivered by another delivery firm a few weeks before and they made such a performance of the delivery and damaged the freezer by dropping it and it had to be returned.
