Key Account Manager / Customer Care Representative
Full time, 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm with 1 hour lunch
Location: Walsall
Furdeco is a nationwide two-person delivery company specialising in furniture and garden items. Our delivery service runs across 7 days a week to suit customer’s needs.
With over 10 years’ experience, we have built up a good reputation in our space delivering home furniture, appliances and related products within the UK, working with a number of household brands including Debenhams, Harveys, Furniture Village and DFS to name a few!
Account Managers are ambassadors for our business, they control stock, orders and are the first point of call for our clients amongst other duties. This is a client dominated role so the candidate will need a great personality and willingness to succeed – and a great can-do attitude to go along with it.
If you love helping people and want to be part of a fun, fast-moving team, you’d make a great addition to our Account Manager’s division. You must have clear spoken and good understanding of the English language and a good deal of patience and a winning way with people from all walks of life.
Required experience:
Customer service experience is essential
Efficient responses to emails
Proficient in using MS Word and Excel
Professional demeanour with a “Can Do” attitude.
Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
Organised and ability to work both to instructions and on own initiative.
Excellent professional telephone manner to communicate with Clients and End Users
Punctual and reliable
Stock control experience
Manage Goods In
Manage time effectively
Complete tasks to a high standard and in a timely manner
