Finance / Billing Administrator (Part Time)
Part time, 20 hours per week
Location: Walsall
Furdeco is a nationwide two-person delivery company specialising in furniture and garden items. Our delivery service runs across 7 days a week to suit customer’s needs.
With over 10 years’ experience, we have built up a good reputation in our space delivering home furniture, appliances and related products within the UK, working with a number of household brands including Debenhams, Harveys, Furniture Village and DFS to name a few!
We are looking for an Administrator to join our team:
Essential Requirements
Data entry in Microsoft Excel.
Basic credit control - chasing payments.
Processing of invoices and filing.
Financial data entry, checking and invoicing using inhouse software.
Assisting accounting team with basic accounts related tasks and may be required in ad hoc projects.
Processing and archiving of delivery notes.
General administrative duties.

Proficient in excel and Microsoft packages
Able to work in a fast paced, busy environment
