Full operational service with service improvement in staff well-bieng and hygene integrated into our standard processes.

We are happy to announce we have resumed full service including our full unpack and install options. As always safety will be our highest priority and full risk assessments will be undertaken with all customers.

Our call centre is currently experiencing higher than normal call & chat volumes and so please be patient.

Following the Governments road map announcement today for moving the country forward out of lockdown, we too would like to announce our plans to open back up our services to full operation.

As of March 8th 2021, we are happy to announce will be resuming full service including our full unpack and install options. As always safety will be our highest priority and full risk assessments will be undertaken with all customers and our delivery teams fitted with complete PPE.

We are still operating in all of England, Scotland and Wales as usual, however due to the lockdown restrictions our services are limited.

Deliveries will be only to the doorway or hallway and no  assembly options are available at this time.

There have been new additions into the Tier 3 bracket where will we need to restrict our services including London and it’s 32 boroughs.  These come in effect as of 12:01 16/12/2020.  A full list is available on the government website here.

As always we will carry out our full service in Tier 2 areas and below and keep you updated as soon as we hear of any new changes.

We will be abiding by the Governments regional tiered system as we have previously and will only restrict services in Tier 3 locations, for the lower tiers 1 and 2 we will be operating at full service.  This is something we will monitor daily. 

As always, we will abide by social distancing guidelines and ask customers to do the same and as usual our teams have full PPE and undergo risk assessments with customers with safety being our top priority.

As always, we thank everyone for their support during this time while we continue to battle on through these tough times.

As the country enters another full lockdown we will be restricting our services once again to abide by government rulings. 

From Thursday 5th November we will continue deliveries however they will all be to the doorway or hallway only.  We will be unable to deliver to room of choice and assembly services at this time will be suspended pending further updates. 

Collections from customers homes will also follow the same guidelines, any items for collection will need to be brought to the doorway for our teams to collect.  As usual we will ask customers to abide by social distancing rules and our teams will be given fresh PPE daily to wear.  Customers will not be asked to sign for deliveries at this time and the teams will sign on their behalf.

We will be running this restricted service for the whole of the UK, England, Scotland and Wales to best keep our teams and customers as safe as possible.  I thank you for your support at this time and you can count on Furdeco to continue business as usual as best as possible at this time.
